What Visionarrays is
One page, in plain prose, with no marketing in it. Everything below is stated somewhere else on this site; this page just puts it in one place so it can be read in a single pass.

In one paragraph
Visionarrays is a software engineering company founded in 2020 in London as the engineering arm of Flarmio Ltd. It does two things at once: it builds and runs its own SaaS products, and it builds platforms for other companies. The team works from two offices, London in the United Kingdom and Patras in Greece, and adjusts its hours to match United States schedules when a client needs it. It has been certified to ISO/IEC 27001 for information security management.
What it does for clients
Four kinds of work, described in full on the services page:
- Build an MVP. Go from idea to launched product in weeks, not months. We handle architecture, design, and development so you can focus on finding product-market fit.
- Scale Your Engineering Team. Extend your in-house team with senior engineers who hit the ground running. No ramp-up time, no hand-holding. Just experienced developers who ship.
- Dedicated Developers. Get a dedicated development team working exclusively on your product. Full-time commitment, your priorities, our expertise.
- CTO & Architecture Consulting. Technical leadership when you need it. Architecture reviews, tech stack decisions, team structure, and engineering process optimization.
What it builds for itself
7 of the products in the portfolio are Visionarrays' own, built and operated in-house rather than delivered and handed over: Roomismo, Quickord, Ridebly, Centrix ERP, MyPelates, Tiko Smart Locks, OTAbot. They sit alongside 17 client projects. The work page lists all of them with what each one does.
Where it has depth
Three industries, each with shipped production work behind it rather than a capability list:
- Hospitality & PropTech. Hospitality is in our DNA. We built Roomismo, our own property management system with 50+ OTA integrations, and delivered client projects for accommodation businesses across Greece. From channel management and booking engines to guest communication and property websites, we've shipped it all in production.
- Logistics & Shipping. We've built the systems that move goods, from freight marketplaces connecting shippers with carriers to last-mile delivery platforms with real-time driver tracking. Our logistics work spans bidding engines, route optimization, shipment tracking, and proof-of-delivery workflows.
- FinTech & Banking. We bring enterprise-grade engineering to financial services. Our team built the digital banking platform for ADCB, one of the UAE's largest banks. Our founder previously built trading platforms at JP Morgan Chase and data systems at McKinsey, giving us deep understanding of regulatory compliance, secure authentication, and the standards tier-1 financial institutions demand.
How an engagement works
Three models, and which one applies depends on the scope:
- Project-Based. Fixed scope, fixed price. Ideal for MVPs, new features, or well-defined projects with clear requirements.
- Team Augmentation. Embed our engineers in your team. They work your hours, use your tools, and attend your standups, like an extension of your in-house team.
- Retainer. Ongoing development and support with a fixed monthly budget. Priority access to our team for continuous product iteration.
What Visionarrays is not
- Not a design studio. Design is part of what we do on a build, but the work we are hired for is engineering.
- Not a freelancer marketplace. The engineers on a project are our own team, on our payroll, with no account manager in between.
- Not an offshore body shop. We do not sell hours against a spec someone else wrote, and every engineer on the team is senior.
- Not a hosting or managed-IT provider. We build and operate the software we write, not someone else's infrastructure.
