1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of visionarrays.com. The site is run by Flarmio Ltd, trading as Visionarrays, a company registered in England and Wales with its office at 124 City Road, EC1V 2NX, London. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

2. Client work

These terms cover the website only. Any software, design or consulting work we do is governed by a separate written agreement or accepted proposal, which sets out scope, timeline, fees, payment terms and ownership of deliverables. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Nothing on this site, including prices, timelines or case study results, is an offer that binds us until we confirm it in writing.

3. Using the site

You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks any law or regulation
• send spam, advertising or bulk messages through our contact forms
• impersonate Visionarrays, our staff or anyone else
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems
• upload or transmit malware, or anything else designed to cause harm
• scrape or copy the site in bulk by automated means without our permission

4. Intellectual property

The site's text, design, graphics, logos and code belong to Flarmio Ltd or our licensors. Client names, logos and screenshots in case studies remain the property of those clients. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not republish or sell our content without written permission.

5. Links to other sites

We link to client projects, Labs experiments and third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or availability.

6. No warranty

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We don't promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses, and content on it is general information, not professional advice for your situation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data you send us through the site.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you live in another UK nation or in the EU, you keep any protection the law of your home country gives you.
