1. Who we are

Visionarrays is a division of Flarmio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with its office at 124 City Road, EC1V 2NX, London. Flarmio Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Flarmio Ltd trading as Visionarrays.

This policy covers visionarrays.com and any enquiry you send us through it. Client projects are covered by the contract we sign with each client.

2. What we collect

• Enquiry data. When you use the contact or book-a-call forms, we collect your name, email address, company (if you give it), the service you are interested in, your message, and the page you sent it from.
• Email and phone. If you email or call us, we keep the correspondence and any details you share in it.
• Analytics data. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how you use the site: pages viewed, time on page, referring site, approximate location, device and browser type. We do not use it to identify you.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider logs IP addresses and request details for security and to keep the site running.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, special category data such as health information.

3. How and why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give through the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.
• To keep the site secure and working. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a safe website.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations where an enquiry becomes a contract.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

4. Cookies

We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask on every visit. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.

To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again on your next visit.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc. hosts the website.
• Google LLC provides Google Analytics, only if you consent.
• Our internal CRM, operated by Flarmio Ltd, stores enquiries so the team can follow them up.
• Our email provider carries email we send and receive.

Some of these providers process data in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK-US and EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that don't lead to a project for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as the contract runs and for six years afterwards to meet UK tax and legal requirements. Google Analytics data is deleted automatically at the end of the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it, and we follow the controls of our ISO 27001 information security management system.

8. Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• ask us to correct or delete it
• object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
• ask us to transfer it to you or another organisation
• withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent

To use any of these rights, email info@flarmio.com. We reply within one month.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live. We'd appreciate the chance to sort it out with you first.

9. Links to other sites

The site links to client projects, Labs experiments and social profiles. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
